These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Foo AI desktop application and the associated web dashboard (together, the "Service"), operated by FILL IN: legal entity name ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Foo AI is a desktop application that connects to third-party AI model providers to help you read, write, and execute code within projects on your own machine. You are responsible for reviewing any code or changes the agent proposes before relying on them.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. You must be at least FILL IN: minimum age years old to use the Service.
3. Plans, billing & cancellation
The Free plan is subject to the request limits shown in your dashboard. The Pro plan is billed on a recurring monthly basis via Stripe at the price displayed at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard's Billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate or execute code for unlawful purposes, to attempt to circumvent plan limits, or to interfere with the Service's operation or other users' access to it.
5. Third-party AI providers
The Service routes model requests through OpenRouter and its underlying providers. We do not control, and are not responsible for, the accuracy or output of third-party AI models. Generated code is provided "as is" without warranty of correctness, security, or fitness for any particular purpose.
6. Your content
You retain all rights to your code and project files. We do not claim ownership over content you create or edit using the Service.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from AI-generated code.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of FILL IN: jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
